Ode to the sea

I love the sea! Every time I go to the seaside I come back with such a good state of mind. Its color comforts me, the sound of waves is music to my ears, the sea gulls are a confirmation that I’m in the right place and the sky above brings the perfect touch to the amazing scenery.

Purple jewelry

Beautiful purple jewelry caught my attention this week. No matter if we’re talking about earrings, rings or bracelets, a violet touch is more than enough to obtain an amazing visual impact.

These exquisite pieces of jewelry are my picks at the end of 2013 and the beginning of 2014. Purple jewelry will be in high demand next year as violet tulip and radiant orchid are among the most prominent hues for spring 2014 in fashion, according to Pantone Color Institute.

Tassel jewelry - in the mood for playing

Tassels remind me of my childhood. It was such a pleasure to visit my grandparents and play with the pets they had when I was little. I remember devising “toys” for them, including tassels made of fabric.

No wonder this kind of jewelry expresses playfulness alongside elegance. At least for me it does. Love the memories it stirs and the joy I felt as a kid.
